Spring treatment performed to the upper and lower areas of the home. The upper portion is performed with highly repellent formulations (liquid spray treatment), and is focused on the soffits, peaks, around windows, shutters, Cracks and crevices. The lower portion utilizes a non-repellent formulation designed for ants to get on the exoskeleton and be brought back to the nest. The focus is on the entire lower perimeter and any potential insect pathways, as well as cracks and crevices.

Mid season treatment performed to the upper and lower portions of the home (same areas as the spring treatment). All done with a highly repellent formulation (liquid spray treatment) to keep Ants and Stinging insects out of the home.

End of season treatment is performed in the same manner as the mid-season, with a greater focus on areas that ant and stinging insect queens could potentially overwinter (enter & hibernate) in your home.

On all 3 routine services there will be a detailed inspection of the structure and close surrounding property, an inspection report with products used, and recommendations will be given via email upon the completion of each service. Even though the treatments are performed during the 6 month season, this program gives you 365-day coverage with no fees to come back and address any of the covered pests if issues should arise between services.

Early spring treatment and rodent inspection, up to 6 exterior and up to 12 interior rodent stations are included and will be installed at the time of the first service. Interior and exterior rodent inspection will be performed and all stations will be serviced. Insect inspection and treatment will also be performed with crack and crevice dust application to the exterior.

Three full exterior insect treatments will be performed every other month in the same way as the PLATINUM plan. All exterior rodent stations will be serviced and rodent bait refreshed. Interior inspection and treatments will be performed as needed.

Late fall winter prep service. Interior and exterior inspection for insect and rodent activity will be performed. Exterior crack and crevice treatment for insect control will be performed. All interior and exterior rodent stations will be serviced and all rodent bait will be refreshed and doubled for added rodent control through the winter.

On all 5 routine services there will be a detailed inspection of the structure and close surrounding property, an inspection report with products used, and recommendations will be given via email upon the completion of each service. Your property is covered 365 days a year.

Includes up to 6 exterior rodent stations and up to 12 interior rodent stations (plus snap traps and glue boards as needed). The exterior rodent stations are serviced monthly for the above months (no service or charge for December-February). Interior inspection and service to interior stations are performed in March and November, and as needed during the other months. Coverage continues in the non-service months and issues will be addressed at no additional charge.
